Information We Collect
We collect account information you provide, including your name, email address, communication preferences, and support messages.
When you connect a fantasy platform, FanGrid may import league names, settings, teams, rosters, draft information, matchups, transactions, and manager activity that the platform makes available to the connection.
We also collect limited technical and usage information such as page visits, device class, sign-in activity, and application errors so we can operate and improve the service.
How We Use Information
- Provide, personalize, and improve FanGrid tools.
- Apply league scoring, roster, draft, and matchup context to connected tools.
- Secure accounts, verify email addresses, and reset passwords.
- Process subscriptions, respond to support requests, and send service notices.
- Detect failures, abuse, and performance problems.
Payments And Service Providers
Stripe processes Premium payments and stores payment-card information. FanGrid does not store complete card numbers. FanGrid also uses hosting, database, email, analytics, and fantasy-data providers to operate the service. These providers receive only the information needed to perform their services.
Connected Fantasy Platforms
Connected-platform information remains subject to the platform's own terms and privacy practices. Disconnecting a league stops it from being used as an active FanGrid connection. Some records may remain temporarily in backups or operational logs.
Retention And Account Closure
We keep information while your account is active and as needed to provide the service, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and maintain business records. You can close your account from the Account page. Account closure removes the FanGrid login and connected-league records from active use, subject to limited backup, billing, security, or legal retention.
Security And Your Choices
FanGrid uses reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no online service can guarantee absolute security. You may update account details and email preferences from the Account page. For access, correction, or deletion questions, contact FanGrid Support.
Children And Policy Changes
FanGrid is not directed to children under 13. We may update this policy as the service changes and will post the revised effective date on this page. Material changes may also be communicated through the service or by email.
